The staff is kind, the location is great, and the service is amazing and stress-free. The bathroom has so manay essentials for a comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Shambala ... everything about the hotel is top notch: rooms are very nice and comfortable, everything is clean, the food in general is delicious including a very varied breakfast, roof top restaurant/bar/pool is very nice. And not least of all the staff is wonderful, everyone - reception staff, waiters/waitresses, cleaners - go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. I stay in hotels A LOT for work, i can rarely remember a hotel as nice as Shambala.

The staffs are very welcoming, friendly & helpful. Very spacious room & a comfortable bed with essential toiletries. Outstanding breakfast with lots of variety and the rooftop lounge, bar & pool is cherry on top!
