Everything but especially the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Great location, great food. We ate in the Bistro on several occasions because we preferred their food to what was available in the area. It was very clean,and comfortable. Mani the tour manager sorted flights over Everest, bus tickets and drivers. Everything was made easy and stress free. Throughly recommend
