The place is really cozy, not that far from the beach. There’s plenty of cafes and restaurants with local food nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful

The private room was very clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom/shower room. The air con was great and the size was too. Very easy to get to down a quieter side street off the main streets in Kata.

Good position even if it takes 20 min by walk to get to center or the beach. Breakfast was good! It’s has been nice to have a washing machine outside the building.
