I don't understand half of the negative reviews. The hotel was great and the staff were service minded and nice. The room itself was nice, we had a room with access to the pool. which was clean and tidy. The breakfast was delicious and at 2pm - 3pm they had coffee and cake. When we go to phuket again, we will definitely stay here again

Friendly stuff, great pool, delicious breakfast, location, comfortable bed.. All was fantastic! I would like to stay there again if I have an opportunity to visit Phuket next time.

Good location very close to kata beach and food, bars and massage. Good for going at night. Massive room, bed and bathroom. Loved it had Netflix and easy access to the pool which was so nice!
