Great location, up a small side street, away from the traffic and crowds, but only 5 minutes from the centre of kata and beach. Nice outside terrace area, although it was shared. Air conditioning was very effective. Towels changed. Large spacious room. Kept clean.

Agreed late check-in and was waiting for me Offered alternative room if i wanted lower floor Got beer in, that they don't usually stock, after i azked for it

this is a little gem your room is cleaned every day it's set away from the road so pretty quiet in the night the location is not far from kata beach and with many bars restaurants within walking distance
