The hotel is within walking distance of the beach, which is a big advantage. I was given a room in the second building, located behind the main one. Despite the lively surroundings, the room was quiet and clean. There was no kettle in the room, but the staff provided one upon request at reception.

Lady was not very nice when I checked out 10 mins early due to severe food poisoning. Neighbours were very loud too which was not nice. Kata is not a nice place too, beach is completely packed. Hotel was over priced for what it was. Shower had good pressure though.

This is a hidden gem. The owners are amazing. Staff are so good. the beds are hard but comfortable. Its a 10 min walk to beach via shops and restaurants. Th massages in this guests house are so so good. They offer a clothes washing service which I was so pleased with in fact had all my washing done before leaving. i will return.

The Guest House had everything I needed for my 10 day stay. My friend and I each had a rm. The room was spotless. Cleaned everyday with fresh towels and bedding. The owner, Kelty couldn't have been more helpful. She provided us with a beach towel everyday. Helped with taxi. I would recommend a massage. Her girls were amazing. Would certainly stay again.

Great value. It is in a quiet area but within walking distance of Kata beach. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Absolutely amazing place! Booked it in the last minute, half an hour before midnight but they were still very quick and welcoming. The hosts are very kind, helpful and caring. Fresh breakfast prepared every morning on request. There is a small bar outside every evening. Room cleaning every day. Beach and shops are a 10-min walk away. On the last day the host arranged a cheaper airport taxi, and provided free shower after already checking out from the room. Absolutely recommended, I will stay here again when I visit Phuket again!
