We enjoyed our stay very much. The caretakers are the best people which really made our stay special. We stayed in the top room which was spacious. Close to kata beach which is super nice. Also surrounded by restaurants, shops and close to gym and 15 minutes walk from yoga. Be aware its in the middle of the night market, so expect its busy and can be noisy.

Room 301 was absolutely huge and I had to double-check with the owner that it was definitely my room because I thought I had walked into someone’s apartment! So so much space for the price! Room also came with 2 air conditioners, 2 TVs, 2 Dining tables and a stairs to the massive private rooftop area.

Room 301 was clean, comfortable, and large - the entire top floor plus the roof of the building, which was a nice surprise. The location of the property was also excellent. The Kata Night Plaza was outside of reception, and Kata Beach was a short 5 minute walk away.

Great hospitality, very friendly, totally recommend. Note, it is just a room but super close to the beach and amenities. Predominantly in a Russian area but we didn’t mind at all!
