For that price it's a perfect hotel! I took a room with a balcony and it was quite comfortable and nice. Air-conditioning worked very well and there is everything in the room: a fridge, a kettle, dishes, a hairdryer and etc. The room was more than I expected for that price. It isn't a luxury hotel, but a really nice one.

Its near by the kata beaches in 5-10 minutes walk. The staff was very nice

The location, the staff and that it was clean. Arrived at night when it was pitch black and thought “OMG” but it turned out to be a perfekt place to stay in the area. Brilliant staff! Great location! Ended up staying for 16 days instead of 7 days. (Low budget trip) great value for money
