The staff where super kind and engaging with the kids. The public baths with forest views were amazing. Simply Devine to be in the mountains with such soul rich views.

We loved it so much here, I can't wait to go back. Pure luxury and they have thought of everything. The food is the best I have ever had, the chef is a master! We stayed for 5 nights and had breakfast and dinner each day and it delivered on quality each day. The onsens were beautfiul and clean and the facilities were exceptional. The service too, the waiting staff, reception, everyone! I can't fault anything. Loved it

The room was clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed both the public bath and private bath. It was interesting to roast marshmallows on charcoal in the lobby.

Place was peaceful, staff were very attentive. Enjoyed the baths with a view. Roasted marshmallows at the lounge area after dinner.
