We had to change our room after one night while there was water leaking to the bathroom floor, the change went very smoothly. The staff was very helpful and friendly, always! Both rooms were very clean and pleasant. For us the location was good even though it is a bit remotely located. Breakfast was ok and dinner was very tasty.

I had a very smooth and pleasant stay at MountainPark. The location is perfect, especially if you plan to visit the Hercules Monument. The hotel restaurant was a highlight of my stay — a very cozy atmosphere with excellent food. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kassel!

Nice and clean, friendly staff. Somewhat short on the breakfast variety, considering the price, but if you like eggs/bacon and müsli, you are spot on! Helpful with late checkin, very quiet and loved that i could charge the car while sleeping.
