The views from this top floor family apartment are stunning. The gardens surrounding the villa give a very peaceful atmosphere. The Villa is set on the East side of Kas and close to Big Pebble Beach ( 10min walk) which has a few bar/restaurants- not as nice as restaurants in the old town. The villa is in a quiet part of the town but does require a 30 min walk into Kas or a taxi. Nice size swimming pool for the limited apartments. Kitchen facilities if required- dishwasher, oven , hob grill and filter coffee machine. The hosts are lovely.

This was a truly wonderful holiday! The villa has a perfect location — just slightly away from the busy center, yet close to the Lycian Way, the beach, and a small local shop. Everything you need is right nearby. The grounds of the villa are beautifully maintained — everything is done with love, care, and great attention to detail. And the view from the villa is absolutely stunning! At times, you can’t even believe it’s real — it feels like a dream. A special thanks to Inna: she made us feel completely at home. Always ready to help, she gave us clear guidance whenever needed — and always with warmth and sincerity, never intrusive. You can truly feel her genuine care, which is rare and very much appreciated. It was the best vacation we’ve had in years. Huge thanks to Anna, Inna, and the entire Villa Dundar team! We’ll definitely be back.

On arrival the host's where very welcoming. Rooms are a bit dated but really clean and have everything you need. The views are beautiful. Parking is also included , Big pebble beach is only a 5- 10 minute walk and is amazing. Kaş is 5 minute drive away. If you need anything just ask the host's they are very helpful.

The view from the apartment was beautiful! The entire experience was amazing & the owner of the apartment was always reachable via whatsapp :) Nothing to be worried about as it felt homely. Love everything about the stay!
