One of the more expensive places we are staying in Türkiye BUT we are on a very modest budget and for what the place actually is and provides, it's exceptional value. It really is an oasis of luxury. The staff were incredibly helpful - they originally put us (me and my adult child) in a room with a double bed even though I'd requested twin beds, but when I went to reception to show them my booking, they gave us a new room literally within seconds, no issue. The Hamam next door is also delightful. The views are incredible in all directions, the property beautifully located between the ancient theatre and the centre of town (10 min walk max to either). The breakfast is something to write home about.... I skipped lunch.

Lovely room, bright and sunny with a lovely balcony with sea views. Parking just outside and easy access to the property. We really enjoyed the breakfast, there was a good choice and eggs made to order, nice and fresh produce.

Great location, stunning breakfast (seriously! the choise, the amount, the VIEW). The room was comfortable and pretty and had balcony so we could drink our morning coffee outside with stray cats :)) Also I was lucky to have a chance to visit free yoga class (again, with such a view). Definitely will recommend and hope to return to Kas and this hotel.

The view is amazing. Breakfast was good, although got a bit busy at times. The beach club is 5 minutes walk (special arrangement with hotel so you do not have to spend the required minimum amount). Room was comfortable. Location is great - 10 minutes walk to the port, 20 minutes walk to the nearest beach, 6 minutes drive to a further beach (which is nicer). Lots of parking spaces which was great. Water refilling option was excellent. The whole ethos is lovely - a bit hippy if you know what I mean! Quiet.
