Hotel is very conveniently situated right opposite Little Pebble Beach in Kas. A short walk to the marina and restaurants and shops. The room is a little small and bathroom a bit dated. Our shower wasn't working 100% (the water only came out the handshower and not the overhead) but the location made up for that. Breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning up on the rooftop terrace with an amazing view. A lovely variety of food, which different slight every day. Breakfast was the easiest we had of all our hotels in Turkey. Too much for one person to eat. Overall a fantastic stay and highly recommended.

Loved the fabulous Turkish breakfast served on the roof top terrace by a very friendly lady. The location in Kas is excellent, facing the sea just across from little pebble beach and 2 beach clubs.Comfortable bed. Room basic but clean.
