We were incredibly impressed with these apartments in Kaş! Everything we could possibly need was available: a dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, a microwave, and a huge refrigerator. The apartment was perfectly clean, with fresh towels, kitchenware, a spacious living room, and a large, very comfortable double bed. The host, Mr. Mentiv, was exceptionally kind and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. The true gem of this place is the stunning view from the balcony — overlooking the sea and the beautiful Greek island of Kastellorizo. The peaceful atmosphere and the breathtaking view are simply unforgettable. If you’re reading this review and considering booking this place — go for it! I can say with confidence that you won’t regret it. Just one thing to keep in mind: to explore the amazing beaches and nearby attractions more easily, having a car is highly recommended.

It’s all about the view…the veranda was our favourite spot! The apartment for tastefully decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. The owner was very friendly.

Amazing apartment in Kas! Stunning view, cozy flat with everything you need for your stay! The host made us feel like home by giving us top tips for our stay and even giving us some of the tomatoes from his garden!! Another top thing which isn't mentioned here is that people who stay at Derya Beach Apartment have access to the Derya beach lido down in kas which is a SUPER plus! Thanks for everything and Arrivederci!
