The Location and the cleanliness of the rooms and the staff - Mr. Kumar. All the staff were very friendly and very accomodating to our requests.

The hotel is very near to the main road within the Karur City; and the access road towards it is very wide, we were in our own car, and they have enough and secured, parking spaces. Rooms are well furnished, interior decorations superb(in lobby, corridors, rooms......), everything arranged well in the room and toiletries were on place and arranged well, including a hair dryer); cupboard with cloth hangers......etc.. all were more than our expectations (frankly after my arrival at the hotel, I realised that, few of the negative comments I read about the hotels or staffs, through Google or this platform are completely wrong and it's either intentionally done to misguiding or harming ). Staffs for room service, and at the reception all were helpful, very nice and supportive; we had our breakfast from the restaurant at the ground level, food and curries they served were all neat and tastes great🥰. Definitely will choose the property during our next visit at Karur.

Staffs are not trained properly to deal with the guests. There is very poor co ordination between them and no SOP in many activities of the hotel
