Hotel is near the train station and next to a large outlet mall with many shops and restaurants. It has a regular shuttle bus service to ferry visitors between the hotel and train station. Rooms are big but a little jaded.

Spaclous room with nice environment. Conveniently located near Karuizawa Station and Prince Shoppong Plaza. Free shuttle service. Onsen and complimentary drinks at guest lounge.
