The calmness of the location, peaceful and quiet. The staff were friendly and professional. The room set up and decor. A quaint corner of the UK hidden in the hills of Japan.

Very nice hotel with a warm, homey atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful, and it was great to have an English-speaking receptionist, which is especially convenient in Japan. The place actually reminded me of a cozy B&B in New Zealand. The room is comfortable, and the traditional Japanese-style bathroom is both cute and very practical.
