The owner was so friendly and welcoming. The bed was decent and the beddings were warm and comfortable. Room was clean. Such a charming place.

Incredibly kind staff. The place is a bit aged but definitely a great value for money. Very nice living room area where you could eat and meet other travellers. I only stayed over night during my hike through Nakasendo Trail.

Very nice staff - they met us, explained everything and provided us with ice tea. The interior was very cozy, with the lounge area and even 24hours reading room. There was also free coffee and tea. The price was good for the area.
