The peaceful location (end of October) and the space and cleanliness of the room. The closeness to the airport. The good communication from the property about how to get into our room, the friendliness of the property managers. It was so good we changed our original accommodation for the last night in Crete to Marble because we loved it so much!

From the moment of booking Sofia was fabulous and very helpful. We got an upgrade to a suite which was a very welcome surprise! Responded to my messages immediately. Sofia messaged me to see if we had checked in ok. The check in instructions were simple. Sofia went above and beyond when I had to call her at 11pm as id locked myself out of the suite. She kindly video called me to give me instructions on where to find the spare key. The suite was modern and very clean with a very comfortable bed. Marble Luxury Suites was a perfect place to stay for a stop over from Heraklion Airport before my 2 hour drive East. Have already booked again for my next trip to Crete in May 2026. Thanks again Sofia, see you next year!
