Location was nice; near a busstop and only 20 minutes walk to the Fira and main buss station. At the Karterados there was few restaurants, bakeries and shops to grab a bite or buy groceries from. Karterados was really quiet at the mornings. I loved that I didn't have to dodge cars and scooters on my morning run. Apartments have a kitchen and few essential cooking equipments, dishes yms, so it's easy to cook your own breakfast if you don't want to pay extra for that. Rooms are spacious and okay. Hotel was quiet and other guests were nice. Cleaning lady did a great job. Air conditioning was needed and luxurious. Poolside was great for relaxing, swimming and sunbathing, but the sun setted behind the hotel already at the afternoon (around 4pm at midjuly) and the poolarea was completely in the shadow after that. After all I would recommend this hotel for people, who look for quiet, budget friendly apartment hotel with a pool! If you want to stay near the beach and parties, this one isn't for you
