It's centrally located, there are also cafes and groceries within walking distance, room also comfortable.

The staff at the reception welcomed with smiles and a hot tea, which after twenty hours of train is always great. The restaurant wasn't very alive, but all in all it's a good place to stay in Kars before going on to Tbilisi or to visit Ani (the bus going to the ruins is very close to the hotel)
