The location! Close to the trails, shops, buses and walking distance to the centre of Karpacz (20 min). The host was super helpful and friendly. Our room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Beds were very comfortable and we could properly rest after long days in the mountains. The place was very cozy and simply SWOJSKIE!

The property far exceeded our expectations, as I rated it. The staff was very helpful in every way. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Zabka is just across the street from the villa, and we only had a 20-minute walk to the city center. I was a little hesitant after reading the reviews, but it really is a very adequate and beautiful property. If I were to go to Karpacz again, I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel was very warm and cozy, which was perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, offering a comfortable environment throughout our stay. The location was absolutely perfect for skiing – we could easily walk to four different ski slopes, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay in the area!
