The staff were very friendly and each member of staff could speak English or German , so we could always communicate. The location was also good and the rooms were clean. We had a very pleasant experience staying here.

Overall I would say that the Hotel Ariston is a very good choice for Karpacz - staff is very nice and speaks English, at least most rooms have been upgraded / remodelled to a certain degree, breakfast is superb and hotel location is very convenient, close both to the city center as well as to trails and the cable car.
