The room was refurbished and it was very modern. The hotel was very clean. Well maintained. The location is quite well. The property is located on a wide area. The wireless was one of the best we have experienced. Inside the room or in different locations of the hotel. Thanks for all these.

I like that it has 5 pools, staff are friendly and approachable, always happy to assist. There’s a beautiful sunset on our side, spacious balcony, spacious room. This resort is big. Gym is adequate, modern and clean with nice shower area. Pool is shallow (I wish its deeper, diving pool, but its not. It’s more family&kids friendly pool with slides). The best pool is the shaded one near the lobby. I also appreciate that they let us stay in the hotel and used the hotel amenities (including shower) after we checked out, as our flight was late at night, we just hang out by the pool, dine there and showered before flight.

This hotel has a lot of potential—it’s clean and the rooms are lovely. We stayed in two different rooms and both were just as wonderful as each other. However, there were a few things that let the experience down. The mosquito issue was significant—more than any other hotel or resort we’ve stayed at in Thailand, and they were in both the rooms and throughout the resort. The pool was another downside—it didn’t seem clean enough and was mostly shaded by trees, which not only made it less appealing to swim in but likely contributed to the cleanliness issue. When it’s hot, guests want to enjoy the sun, especially around the pool. Also, for the price you pay, we expected more in the room’s fridge than just water and milk. It would be nice to see a few more thoughtful touches. Breakfast was very underwhelming—I wouldn’t recommend paying for it. Other hotels in the area offer a much more complete Thai breakfast experience, and it would be great if this hotel could improve in that area.
