Rooms are spacious and comfortable, lots of toiletries and pool towels supplied in the room, including flip flops. Breakfast has plenty of variety. Pools are good for kids but layout a little dysfunctional. I read a review saying pools don’t get sun, they do pretty much all day and then partially out of sun from around 4pm.

So many great things! The resort is so good for families. The kids club was a great hit with our 6 year old, as were the slides and splash zone. We loved the variety at breakfast, and overall the staff were so friendly and helpful. I had a few morning yoga classes, which I really recommend, it was an awesome way to start the day. Also, the location is perfect, with a lot of shops and restaurants right outside, and right by the beach.

We spent almost all our time in Phuket at the pool. My child dint want to get out of the pool and water play area at all. The daily activities for the ki ids by the hotel was amazing! We recommend Emerald beach resort to anyone with kids. The staff at the resort were exceptional!
