The fine print
Payment Policy: - Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the hotel upon check-in. For the cardholder's protection, if the cardholder is not present, guests shall have to settle a new payment upon check in and the prepayment will be credited back to the original card. Additional authorizations for incidental charges can be processed on a separate card. - All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at time of booking. The hotel reserves the right to either charge or pre-authorize the provided credit cards up to the full reservation amount at point of reservation. Non-valid credit cards will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.Renovation Notice:
1. Coconut Pool will be closed for a renovation between 01st May – 01st June 2024 while other 4 pools is operating as normal.
2. Renovation of our Horizon Grand Deluxe Room phase by phase between 01st June – 31st August 2024 which majorities of work is interior designated.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Loved how spacious the room was and enjoyed the available facilities and pools! All of the staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff at Mandrava were amazing. The shuttle to the beach worked very well. The only negative is that there are a limited amount of sea facing rooms.
