Pensom “Be carefull in the pool as sharp tiles”

The staff were pleasant and the hotel was clean. We booked a family room, which was nice and spacious. The location is good—only a short walk to Karon Beach—and there’s a 7-Eleven right on the doorstep. On arrival, we received a welcome drink, which was a nice touch. The hotel also offers useful facilities such as a gym, massage services, and a laundry room (for an extra cost). These came in handy during our stay. Breakfast is very basic, though you can pay extra for a wider selection. On the positive side, the happy hour cocktails (two for one) were great value.

Lovely clean hotel excellent facilities and close to everything you need. Breakfast fantastic great selection and super friendly staff . All staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely staying again.

Good all round hotel from the Glow chain. Nice Pool, small gym. Nice room, bathroom. Not as noisy as most. Karon beach a bit quieter area than Patong but has nice relaxed bar restaurant street 5 min walk. Good room service.
