5/5 – Wonderful Stay at Chanalai Hillside Resort! We had an amazing stay at Chanalai Hillside Resort in Karon Beach. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants, but still quiet and peaceful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the pools, were a real highlight. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. A special shout-out to Mai, a lovely lady who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She really made a difference in our stay thank you, Mai! Highly recommend this resort if you're looking for a great value stay in Phuket with excellent service.

Absolutely loved that we had a bath. Very spacious, clean, amazing staff, really nice food from the restaurant, free umbrellas in the wardrobe for rainy seasons

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It has a very modern feel and the two pools are absolutely fantastic, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind, always attentive and genuinely caring about our well-being, which made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was another highlight – delicious, with a wide variety of options, and the team went above and beyond to make sure all our requests were met. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
