Not all of the staff and reception speak English. There was some miscommunication, but it was not an issue. Overall, it's very recommended

A great selection for an all inclusive breakfast, the room was spacious and clean, the pool was great and the hotel was close to shops, restaurants and the beach.

This is a big hotel with many guests (not really my cup of tea, but there weren't many other options when we were searching our stay), staff is polite but some of them barely speak English so it is hard to arrange anything out of ordinary, I think this is not acceptable from a big hotel in tourist place like Phuket (maybe they speak Russian since 95% guests are from Russia, I don't know). Rooms are spacious, beds are good and I would like to commend housekeeping. Also location is decent, some 5-10min walk to the beach, depends on your luck of crossing the thai streets.
