Key cards can be issued via a check-in machine at another address (Seeger Living Comfort Downtown entrance, Karlstraße 42-44, 76133 Karlsruhe). Please note that there is no reception at the property and the front desk is open from 10:00 until 14:00. Online reception open daily from 08:00 to 22:00. Cleaning & linen change once a week. Please note that cash is not possible on site.Billing is free of charge only by email. Please provide the email address to the property in advance. If you wish to receive an invoice in paper form, please inform the property prior the day of your departure.Washing machine and the dryer can be used only for a an extra charge.

This was our second time staying here. The apartment is a bit small and compact compared to previous apartment..Nevertheless it was still good.

For a hotel with a kitchen, this was by far the most spacious and well equipped we have stayed in. Very clean and neat. The kitchen was in a little nook separated from the rest of the studio. Large bathroom as well, and closet space. The location is great. It is 20 minutes walk to the train station and 15 minutes to the palace. The zoo was close by and fantastically beautiful with lakes and flowers.
