The good things were: the owners are very kind. The location is very good, near everything in Karlsruhe. The apartment is ok equipped. The bad things: one thing it was a bit annoying how loud it could be, that you could hear almost everything from the neighbors. Like if they are speaking inside with you, or also the toilet or shower for example. Some nights you could hear loudly neighbors discussions. Maybe because it was an old building there were some things impractical. But overall it was a pleasant stay.

Plenty of room -- the bedrooms were large and the kitchen had free coffee and every cooking item we needed. Water was provided. The shower's temperature and water flow were excellent. It's located near plenty of shops and restaurants. Waldstrasse nearby is great too, plenty of places to eat. Host was extremely quick to respond and helpful. Good wifi. Clear instructions in the flat.

Spacious and quiet apartment in the middle of the centre. All you need in walking distance. Very helpfull and friendly host.

It was really nice the host left some apple juice as a drink available. There were really big windows to sit in and watch the street. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The street was a bit loud till quite late in the evening. Some cars or strange people passing by with loud music. I think because the weather was so nice. Not a problem for adults but for a small child might not be ideal for trying to fall asleep a bit earlier at night. If you are traveling with a child in the summer and considering this apartment do take this in consideration. There is no babybed available either. Other than that it is very perfect.
