We needed an apartment for 2 weeks and searched for a "home like"-place. This was definitely it! There are all the facilities, you would need for a longer stay; kitchenware and equipment, laundry machine and TV with Netflix :) Place is well kept and everything is clean and proper. Location is a bit off from the citycenter but this was a plus for us, as we traveled with a dog. There's plenty of nature and parks close to the apartment and the Rhein-riverbank is close as well. Citycenter is easily achievable by a tram (appr. 15 min ride and they go very often). There's a bakery and a supermarket in walking distance. The owner gave us very good instructions on how to arrive and function on the premises as well as a ton of useful tips for our stay in Karlsruhe. We really enjoyed our stay and happily recommend this apartment for other travelers as well :)
