Excellent service, staff made me feel truly welcomed! Upon reaching I was super relived seeing the cleanliness and hygiene of Evergreen. The property is huge and I definitely suggest anyone travelling to Kargil to stay at evergreen, it really is in the midst of heaven! The food is good, I enjoyed breakfast on all days, it was a dream come true to wake up to sunrise across the mountains right outside my window. Can't wait to visit again. Highly recommend staying here, it's safe, traveller friendly and homely! For those tired of hotels and bad chains, don't even give it a second thought, stay in Kargil with a local touch.
