The villa was stunning, really clean and comfortable. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for better facilities. The location is very good if you have a car. There was a road closure when we visited, which meant we had to take a detour through Argostoli to visit places in the North, such as Myrtos, Assos and Fiskardo. Normally, though, these trips are shorter and Kardakata, the village, is ideally situated for visits around the island. The village is very quiet, so one needs to travel to get to shops and restaurants. This was not an issue for us as we were out and about a lot but good to keep in mind.

Perfect villa, well located for exploring Kefalonia (car required). Fairly close drive to Myrtos, Assos and Fteri - all top spots. The host Nikos was very friendly, responsive and flexible allowing us to check in early when we reached Kefalonia. The villa was very clean and well equipped with everything you need for a longer stay also :)

The house is very nice, the little pool very very nice when it is hot as it is in summer ! It is difficult to find but well placed, close to nice beaches, close to a lot we wanted to visit and not too far from Argostoli. But you need a car, for sure, as you need it anyway as the island is very big and if you want to visit it.
