We loved our stay here. The location was perfect for rowing. The accommodation was clean, tidy, and modern, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property is set on a beautiful kiwifruit orchard, which made it feel very peaceful. My daughter loved seeing the rabbits and the friendly dog who greeted us. The hosts were also great with communication, which made everything very easy from booking through to check-in. A great place to stay and we would happily return.

Set in lovely area - convenient to Lake Karapiro, Cambridge and Leamington. Clean and new with lovely contemporary feel. Comfortable beds and great shower. Super positive and accomodating host who was a pleasure to deal with.
