Overall we enjoyed our stay at excelsior. The staff were kind and helpful throughout the hotel. Mr Shoaib and his team at reception were polite and welcoming. Hotel is very clean, food is also tasty and made to high standards. We felt safe here during our stay and the GM made us feel at ease with his welcoming spirit, highly recommend this place for a stay.

The place was clean. The staff were friendly. Full electricity. Good location in saddar, right across from Atrium mall. Also accepts credit cards.

Best place to live in the center of city with quick access to food and shopping, Friendly staff and good customer service. Airport pick up /Drop off and transportation available with reasonable pricing. Overall good experience!
