We came to ski without a car and the location was perfect for that. It's close enough to walk to the valley station or skibus with your ski boots on. There is also a big space to store and dry your ski gear. Restaurants and supermarket are just around the corner. The host is friendly. You sure can find a more modern and fashionable place to stay but in this price range I think this was an excellent choice.

I will give a 10 to this hotel, a thing which i rarely do on booking.com. The hotels location is fantastic, everything is close, supermarket, ski lift, shops, you have it all. The rooms are spacious, tidy overall. The bathroom is clean too. No complaints on that front. The host’s son (i assume) is very kind and welcoming, speaks perfect english and helps you with anything you ask. The breakfast is simple but plenty and tasty, the coffee is amazing! Room for skis and boots. This place is exactly what you expect from a ski pension, loved it, will definitely visit again.

A well-situated pension for skiing in Kaprun. The room is spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious, with fresh fruit to start the day. I particularly like the tea selection. They offer high-quality loose-leaf tea instead of tea bags.
