Enjoying a quiet location at the foot of the Kitzsteinhorn Mountain, Kaprun Mountain Resort is only 200 metres from the centre of Kaprun. It offers free Wi-Fi and 1 free parking place.
All luxuriously furnished apartments at the Mountain Resort provide a balcony or a garden, which is partly roofed and can therefore also be used in winter to enjoy the stunning mountain views. Flat-screen satellite and cable TVs are also provided.
Guests can relax in the sauna and the indoor swimming pool, or get active and catch the free ski bus to the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier and the Maiskogel ski areas, which stops directly in front of Kaprun Mountain Resort.
A cross-country ski run is just a few steps from the Mountain Resort. The ski lifts are 600 metres away from the property. A 10% and 25% discount for respectively Tauern Spa and Zell am See-Kaprun Golf Course are included. There's a heated ski storage room at the accommodation.

From the seating area you have a magnificent view of the Kitzsteinhorn. The terrace facing south is directly accessible from the living room. From the terrace you can enjoy the sun and the view of the Kitzsteinhorn and Maiskogel. Immediately below the apartment you will find the swimming pool and sauna which you can use for free. Within the complex there is a washing machine and a dryer. You can park your car in the parking space under the Kaprun Mountain Resort, where you have 2 parking spaces at your disposal.

The penthouse apartment TopD29 is located on the second floor of the Kaprun Mountain Resort. This luxurious apartment has 3 bedrooms, one situated in a beautiful, architecturally designed loft. There are 2 bathrooms, one directly accessible from the bedroom. The living room is spacious with high ceilings and the wooden beams give this apartment a very spacious feeling. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner. The seating area is in front of the fireplace. The apartment is equipped with two spacious balconies from where you have a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. Through the elevator on the ground floor you find a swimming pool and saunas that you can use for free. Within the complex there is a washing machine and a dryer. There are 2 free parking places at your disposal.

The large living room with open kitchen gives direct access to the spacious terrace (with patio heater) from which you have a magnificent view over the village of Kaprun, the Kitzsteinhorn and the surrounding mountains. The pool and sauna are located directly below the apartment and accessible by elevator.

The luxurious Penthouse apartment has 2 parking places.

Great location, right beside the bus stops. Alternatively a short walk to slopes and supermarket. Well equipped, clean apartment. Thoroughly recommend.

Location. Excellent for bus but also only a 5-10 minute walk to Maiskogel lift and centre of town Very comfortable with all amenities we needed. Plenty of towels, robes, crockery, toilet roll etc Good sized apartment. Good boot room and nice to have pool and sauna.

Great location 5 min easy walk to ski lift and town centre. Also has a bus stop outside the door. The owners were very helpful and give great instructions. The apartment was very clean and had everything you would need. The swimming pool and sauna were a lovely bonus. We used them most evenings.
