I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Victoroya in Kaprun. The location is excellent, conveniently close to the glacier access point, which made getting around very easy. The hotel was clean and well-maintained throughout. The food was enjoyable, with good variety and quality, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, contributing to an overall comfortable experience.

The hotel is a bit older but nice and clean with friendly staff. The food is very good but nothing special. As for the free drinks, the juices and wine weren't very good, but the beer was good.
