We stayed for one week to ski Zell and See (limited ski runs) and Kaprun (good varied skiing on glacier) and also got to Sallbach, a great enormous ski resort, so the location is very good right in Kaprun. Very nice host and helpful. Overall, the rooms were clean and towels were provided. Large bathroom clean but dated shower, also separate toilet. Large dining lounge, with TV, internet, balcony and sofa, ski drying place. Two bedrooms were provided our apartment with 2 double beds, and the facility only sleeps 4 people. Our apartment claimed it could host 9 people (but that was by putting 4 mattresses or beds on the floor in the living room, using sofa etc in a living room that is not that big, really couldn't work!)

The accommodation even exceeded our expectations. Very nice, quiet environment, very friendly host (lives not in the same building, close by). Kitchen and living room are spacious, everything has a very own and unique style. The heating oven can be used, though we haven’t (apartment was overall warm anyway).
