The the owner and his family are the most friendly people you could imagine. We had the phone number of the owner, and he gave us the best service. We had an amazing breakfast made personally for us, and could always count on our hosts.

I liked staying here as the hotel has such a great homely atmosphere and they offered us the most delicious breakfast with everything home made - Armenian coffee, pastries, apricot jam freshly made, cheese and lots of other items, as well as fresh fruits just picked from their own garden. There are many fruit trees all around the property; and the location is 5min away by car from the city centre, next to the river. The rooms were spotless, with snow white bedsheets and air con by default. The location is very convenient to explore around the city of Kapan as well as the amazing nature spots in the surrounding areas — the little villages in the mountains, Shikahogh nature reserve, the meadows full of wildflowers at this time of the year, Khustup mountain peak, etc. The mountains around are so beautiful, and you can get deep into the centuries old untouched forests
