It is a wonderful hotel, where I received the best service so far this year in more than 15 hotels that I have stayed in 2025. The service is great. The people, no matter which area, are always smiling and willing to offer help. I can't be happier to stay here than in other places.

The service was really excellent - most efficient and best quality housekeeping I can remember seeing. Facilities were lovely and very stylish with great views - it was a great comfortable room, but also very attractive lobby and public spaces. Kids also loved the climbing structure by the bookstore. Nice to see so much art in the hotel and around it.

TAI Urban is a fabulous hotel. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and really well laid out. Taiwanese focussed snacks and drinks are provided free of charge every day including proper team and tea set for Chinese Team making. the breakfasts are substantial and from every cuisine. Really well done. Staff are excellent and the other restaurants in an around the hotel were brilliant - offering every choice you could want
