The location is very convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby night market. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and able to communicate well in English, which made our stay very smooth. We really appreciated the free use of the washing machines and dryers — it was a lifesaver during a longer trip. We were also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made our stay especially comfortable after a long-haul flight. Thank YOU Kindness Hotel staff!!

The place where we have our breakfast is open to guests at night and we can relax there to have free flow of tea, biscuits and ice cream.
