The restaurant at the hotel was *superb*. Food in Taiwan is generally good, and we had some pretty good meals around the area, but we didn't expect the best meal we had in Kaohsiung to be one lift away, albeit a little pricier than most meals in the area. Coffee was also top-tier. Don't waste the opportunity to have at least one meal there. Also, staff were pleasant and lovely. We asked for food recommendations and they gave a really great spot.
