Very helpful staff, comfortable room, good size. Nice TV, shower water pressure was good. Breakfast was decent. 24 hour snacks available.

Hotel location is good, just 10 minutes walk to Liuhe night market. Bus station is just right the hotel but MRT station is a bit far (approx 850km to Formosa Boulevard station). Room is old, breakfast is poor

Enjoyed the snacks and ice cream provided as part of the stay in the common lounge area. The reception looks quite modern and the staff are friendly. Reasonably convenient location between the 2 main MRT lines (approx 10 min walk).

Very clean, good service, breakfast good for the money, free coffee, ice cream and snacks all day available, hotel and room in very good condition, very big screen in the room, location is convenient enough.

My expectations were met in terms of comfort. The breakfast and snacks are superb. I'm glad that when we arrived an English-speaking staff was present. We got to try their laundry service. The location is very accessible to all tourist spots in Kaohsiung. We will be back hopefully next year, same month. :) We are glad we chose Hotel Hub Cisian.

Staff was friendly and helpful, had a great view from my room. It was also quite soundproof, I didn't feel disturbed by noise. Bed was comfortable. You can take free ice cream and a few other snacks at any time
