My stay was fantastic because the kind lady who runs this place really helped me in a critical situation. I was almost late; I arrived at the bus station close to midnight. The lady waited for me, even helped me with my heavy suitcases, and gave me useful information about Kaohsiung. Another really helpful thing was that I could leave my suitcase in the hostel during the day of my checkout. The bed sheets smelled fresh and clean, and the shared bathroom was spotless, too. Good luck to the kind owners!

Very nice place to stay. Host is welcoming and helpful. She spoke very good English, gave advice on places to visit and what buses to take to get there (easy to get around the city). It is also very nice to see the Lotus Pond near the hostel, especially at night when it is lit up. There is also a washing machine you can use, I was unsure how to use it, asked the host for advice and she insisted she would do the washing! Very kind and helpful. Room and facilities were very clean.

Lovely & friendly landlady. She can speak english well. Good value of money if you're only staying for a night and going to a concert at Kaohsiung National Stadium. Close to a bus stop or just 30 mins walk away. Also close to Lotus Lake.
