Its a bit outside so its a bit more silent but maybe you need to call them for a tuktuk... Our normal taxi couldnt go up :D the staff was very friendly, Food was good! Room and view was very nice!

Villa Arunalu is as close to perfect as it is possible to get. The Villa and rooms are spotlessly clean, the view from the balcony is beautiful and the hosts are kind and hospitable. Breakfast was delicious and the service was attentive but never overbearing. Our driver stayed in the driver's accommodation and also commented on how kind and welcoming the hosts were. On top of all this it was amazingly good value for money. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would not hesitate to book again or recommend.

I wanted to share my positive experience at Villa Arunalu Kandy. The owners were incredibly helpful and friendly, which made us feel very comfortable and safe throughout our stay. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and the view from the breakfast area was truly great. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

I chose Villa Arunalu for its quieter location outside the bustle of Kandy, and I’m so glad I did. The room was very clean and comfortable, with an amazing view from both the balcony and the bed. The couple running the villa were wonderful and helped organise a tuk tuk to see some of Kandy’s highlights. Breakfast was excellent, with special Sri Lankan treats straight from the garden. Even though I only stayed one night, it was a truly lovely experience.
