The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. There was no water kettle and the hosts provided one on request. Also the fan was not working and this was replaced. There were mosquito nets in the room. The bed was comfy. Good ventilation.

Resort Beam is run by a very warm and friendly couple who make you feel right at home. Resort Beam itself is a beautiful place, with large rooms and a nice garden, situated up the hill outside the busy center of Kandy. The second day the main light was out in our room. They immediately had a solution, which was very nice. The place is close to the center, 20 min walk, 10 min by tuktuk. Since it was raining, we used the Pickme app taxi service, which worked quite well.
