Remli Villa is nestled among mountains and towering trees, so the surroundings are lush green and a sight to behold any time of the day. We saw beautiful birds and even the national animal (indigenous squirrel), and even within the Villa, there are plenty of trees and flowers. The rooms are sparsely decorated, which gives it a clean aesthetic. The breakfast was vast, scrumptuous, and eating it surrounded by lush green trees, is pure bliss. Heshan and his team take very good care of the guests, and we felt very warm and welcomed. Thanks to him, we also took a day trip to Dambulla Caves and Sigiriya. All in all, a definite recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Kandy!

The villa is on a hillside, with nice view and a beautiful garden. The room was very clean and spacious, with enough place for us 4. The breakfast was great, Sri Lankan breakfast with fresh fruits and pancakes additionally. Kandy town centre is no so close on foot and you can not really walk there because of the narrow streets and crazy traffic, but by car/tuk-tuk it doesn’t take long to reach it. The owner is very nice and helpful, once they even ordered us dinner, because we didn’t manage ordering by the app.
