Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The hotel has great views of Kandy lake. The staff are friendly and professional, except for those in house keeping. For some reason they were aloof, non-responsive to requests, and didn’t perform their duties fully (eg not providing water bottles, not clearing the room of used plates, not changing towels etc). The food in the restaurant (breakfast and dinner) was good and the portions were generous. Oliver and Olivia in the Spa were excellent. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.
