The view over Kandy and the Mountains were amazing .The hosts were so nice and helpful.Room was super clean and spacious.Location is very close to the Temple of Tooth.They offer tasty breakfast and help to organize activities.We enjoyed the Sigiriya tour by car.E Worth for the price.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic—convenient and scenic, making it perfect for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s also very budget-friendly, offering great value for the price. Overall, an amazing place that we would definitely recommend and love to visit again!

Our stay at Mountain View Guest House was truly a dream come true, a perfect 10/10 in every way! We came here for our honeymoon, and from the moment we arrived, everything felt magical. The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully arranged, with a breathtaking view of the mountains that we could enjoy right from our window. We absolutely fell in love with the peaceful and scenic atmosphere. It was the perfect place to relax and create unforgettable memories together. But what made our experience truly special was the owner, Kanu. He is one of the kindest, most genuine people we’ve ever met. He went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and exciting as possible. Whether it was offering us rides in his tuktuk to explore the area, stopping at beautiful spots for us to take photos, or simply checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, Kanu was always there with a big smile and a warm heart. His son was just as lovely and helpful, making us feel like part of their family. The hospitality, the stunning views, the peaceful surroundings, and the love and care we received made this trip one we will cherish forever. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our honeymoon. Everything about Mountain View was mesmerising, peaceful, and perfect. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home, with people who truly care, and views that will stay with you forever, Mountain View is the place to be.
